This policy explains how information submitted through www.nimitzbaseball.com is used by the Nimitz Baseball Booster Club in Irving, Texas.

Information you provide

Our sponsorship form collects your business or organization name, contact name, email address, phone number, selected sponsorship option, and any notes you provide. Our volunteer form collects your name, email address, phone number, preferred event and role, availability, and notes. Signup records include a submission time and reference number.

Our newsletter subscription form collects the details requested in that form, including your name and email address. Please avoid including sensitive information in the notes fields.

How we use information

We use sponsorship and volunteer details to respond to requests, coordinate support and event assignments, and administer club activities. Contact details are not displayed publicly by these forms. Submitting a sponsorship or volunteer request does not automatically enroll you in our newsletter.

Newsletter updates are sent to people who subscribe. Follow the confirmation instructions after signing up. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contact the club for help.

Website, email, and payment services

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Sponsorship and volunteer submissions are stored in the website’s database. Form details are also included in notification emails sent through Brevo to the club’s email inbox. Brevo operates the newsletter subscription form and mailing service. These providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect their services.

Payments are completed on Square’s checkout pages. This website does not collect or store your payment card number. Square processes payment details and provides payment receipts under its own policies. The club may use the payer’s contact details and transaction information to match payments with sponsorship requests.

Sharing and retention

Information submitted through our forms is used for club administration and processed by the services described above. It is not offered for sale through this website. Records may be retained while needed for coordination, administration, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email copies and payment records may be retained separately by the club and its service providers.

Cookies and outside links

Embedded forms, hosting services, and external websites may use cookies or similar technologies for their functions and security. Links to restaurants, sponsors, social media, and payment services lead to websites with their own policies.

Children and family participation

Our contact forms are intended for adult sponsors, parents or guardians, and adult volunteers. If a child needs help getting involved, a parent or guardian should contact the club. If you believe a child’s personal information was submitted unintentionally, contact us.

These terms describe use of www.nimitzbaseball.com, operated for the Nimitz Baseball Booster Club in Irving, Texas.

Club information and events

The website shares baseball, booster club, event, and fundraising information. Schedules, locations, availability, and fundraiser details may change. Check the latest event information or contact the club if you need confirmation.

Forms and volunteering

Provide accurate contact information and submit requests for yourself or with permission from the person or organization you represent. Do not submit spam, unlawful material, or someone else’s sensitive information.

A saved volunteer signup expresses interest in helping. Event assignments and availability are coordinated by the booster club; submitting the form does not guarantee a particular role. Sponsorship and volunteer forms do not automatically subscribe you to newsletter updates.

Sponsorships and donations

The website lists banner sponsorship Option A at $300 with a $100 yearly renewal, Option B at $500 with no renewal fee, and a flat donation option. Contact the club about banner artwork, placement, renewal arrangements, and any questions before paying.

Submitting the sponsorship form saves your information. Payment is a separate step completed through Square. Form submission or opening a checkout link does not confirm a payment. This website does not automatically charge the yearly renewal or automatically mark a form submission as paid.

Use the same contact name and email at checkout when possible so the club can match your payment with your request. Keep your Square receipt. Contact the club promptly about a mistaken payment, refund request, or sponsorship concern. A payment receipt alone does not establish tax deductibility.

External services

Square handles checkout, Brevo handles newsletter signup and email delivery, and other linked websites provide their own services. Their terms and policies apply when you use them. Restaurant fundraisers may have separate ordering instructions, participation rules, and deadlines shown on their flyers.

Photos, logos, and website content

Club content and third-party logos, photos, and materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Contact the club for permission before reproducing content beyond uses allowed by law. The display of a sponsor logo does not grant permission to reuse it.
